He was the former director of food Science & Technology R&D Center in Jinan University.
Li Yan has been engaged in the research and teaching of “Preparation and Application of Food Additives” for a long time. He has presided over and completed several national, provincial and ministerial-level R&D projects,researched and developed more than ten types of natural and synthetic food additives and industrialization.
